These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nvmhost.com and the hosting, domain, and related services ("Services") provided by Anytime Server Support, operating as "NVMHost" ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or purchasing a Service, you agree to these Terms.
We provide shared hosting, WordPress hosting, VPS, reseller hosting, domain registration/transfer, SSL certificates, and email hosting. Specific features and pricing for each plan are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Fees for Services are billed in advance for the period selected (monthly, annually, or longer terms). Prices are shown in INR or USD depending on your location and selection. Payments are processed through Razorpay or PayPal. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
We act as a reseller for domain registration through accredited registrar partners. Domain registration is subject to the policies of the relevant registry and ICANN, in addition to these Terms. We are not the registrar of record for domains registered through us.
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to spamming, hosting malware, phishing, distributing illegal content, or infringing intellectual property rights. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
We aim for high uptime as described in our Service Level Agreement, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control (force majeure) may affect availability.
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Domain registration fees are generally non-refundable once a domain has been successfully registered, in line with registry policy.
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Service in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of our Services. You may cancel your account at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.
