This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for NVMHost services, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 under Indian law.
New hosting purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, contact support for a full refund. This guarantee applies once per customer per hosting account and does not apply to renewals.
VPS plans are refundable within 7 days of initial purchase, provided the resources have not been used beyond reasonable testing. Custom-configured or specially provisioned VPS instances may not be eligible for refund.
Domain registration fees are non-refundable once a domain has been successfully registered, in accordance with registry and ICANN policy. Domain transfer fees are non-refundable once a transfer has been initiated, except where the transfer fails due to an error on our part.
SSL certificates are non-refundable once issued, as the certificate is generated and validated by a third-party certificate authority.
Email hosting and Google Workspace subscriptions are refundable within 7 days of initial purchase if no mailboxes have been actively used.
Orders placed using a coupon, promotional discount, or "free with hosting" domain offer may have refund eligibility adjusted to reflect the actual value provided. For example, if a free domain was included with a hosting purchase that is later refunded, the standard domain registration fee may be deducted from the refund.
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your invoice number and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
