This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all NVMHost hosting, VPS, domain, and email services. It exists to keep our infrastructure safe and reliable for all customers. Violations may result in suspension or termination of service without refund.

1. Prohibited Content

• Illegal content of any kind under Indian law or the law of the content's target audience
• Malware, viruses, or any code designed to damage or gain unauthorized access to systems
• Phishing pages or content designed to impersonate another person, brand, or organization
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights

2. Prohibited Activities

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) from our mail servers
• Running open mail relays or proxies
• Port scanning, denial-of-service attacks, or any activity intended to disrupt other networks
• Cryptocurrency mining that degrades shared server performance for other customers
• Excessive resource usage on shared hosting plans that affects other customers (fair-usage limits apply)

3. Email Usage

Email accounts must be used for genuine personal or business correspondence. Bulk marketing email should be sent through a dedicated transactional/marketing email service, not standard hosting mailboxes.

4. Reporting Abuse

If you believe content hosted on our network violates this policy, report it to [email protected] with full details, including the URL and nature of the violation.

5. Our Response to Violations

We investigate reported violations and may take action including content removal, account suspension, or termination, depending on severity. We reserve the right to act without prior notice where necessary to protect our infrastructure or other customers.
